DELIVERY
Within Izmir: The works ready for delivery are delivered within 1-4 days, the works that are not ready for delivery but need to be prepared are delivered within 10-15 days according to the process.
Cities other than İzmir: The works ready for delivery are delivered within 5-7 days, the works that are not ready for delivery but need to be prepared are delivered within 12-17 days according to the process.
RETURN
Works not accepted for return:
-All products that are printed and produced exclusively for you.
-All works that are framed exclusively for you.
Since each of our products is produced individually and one of a kind, we cannot accept exchanges. If the product comes out of its original packaging in a damaged condition, due to a damage caused during the courier companies delivery process, we kindly ask you to get in contact with us.
